Parts of the Services use artificial intelligence (AI) technologies provided by specialized third-party companies to assist practitioners in analyzing health diagnostics and to provide interactive features to clients.
1. AI Service Providers by Name, Purpose, and Data Shared: • OpenAI (OpenAI, L.L.C.) — privacy policy: https://openai.com/policies/privacy-policy/ • Purpose: Answers user questions in the client Health Assistant chat, and drafts the written narrative sections of client health plans (focus areas, recommendations, and biomarker test interpretations) for practitioner review. • Data Shared: Messages sent to the Health Assistant, biomarker test values and lab results, wellbeing questionnaire answers and summaries, health plan recommendations, client gender and programme stage, uploaded test report files (including details printed on them, such as name and date of birth), and audio recordings of spoken questionnaire answers (if submitted via voice). • Google Cloud (Google LLC / Vertex AI, Gemini) — privacy policy: https://cloud.google.com/terms/cloud-privacy-notice • Purpose: Securely processes uploaded lab, imaging, and questionnaire PDF documents to extract diagnostic results and biomarker values, and generates structured summaries of wellbeing questionnaires. • Data Shared: Uploaded test report documents (including text, tables, and identification details printed on them) and client questionnaire answers. • ElevenLabs (ElevenLabs Inc.) — privacy policy: https://elevenlabs.io/privacy-policy • Purpose: Text-to-speech audio synthesis to read questionnaire questions aloud in the optional voice questionnaire. • Data Shared: The text of questionnaire questions only. No personal, health, or diagnostic data is ever transmitted to ElevenLabs.
2. Data Not Shared: We do not add your account email, password, payment card numbers, billing information, or physical addresses to what is sent to these AI providers.
3. Prior Permission & User Choice: • Upfront Permission: Before any personal or health data is transmitted to an AI provider, the LongevityME app presents a dedicated AI Permission screen requiring your explicit decision (Allow or Don't allow). • Granular Control & Opt-Out: You can see what is shared and change your decision at any time under Profile → AI & your data in the app or on the web. Choosing "Don't allow" or withdrawing consent immediately halts all future data transmission to AI providers; it does not recall data that was previously processed. • Practitioner Plan Preparation: If you choose "Don't allow", your practitioner cannot run AI tools on your data; all plan recommendations and test reviews are prepared manually without automated AI drafting.
4. Data Protection, Model Training & Retention: • No Model Training: Our contractual terms with OpenAI, Google Cloud, and ElevenLabs strictly prohibit these providers from using your health, diagnostic, or personal data to train or improve their models. • Equal Protection: All AI processing is performed pursuant to strict Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) ensuring protections at least equal to those provided by LongevityPRO. • Retention: Data sent to AI providers is processed transiently to fulfill the specific request or held only for limited compliance monitoring as governed by our enterprise zero-retention / 30-day logging terms, after which it is deleted.
We are based in the United States. If you are accessing the Services from outside the U.S., your information may be processed in the U.S. and other countries where our service providers are located.
Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards for international data transfers (such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms) in line with applicable data protection laws.
We retain your information for as long as:
When we no longer have a legitimate need to process your information, we will delete, anonymize, or securely store it until deletion is possible. In many cases, the retention of client data is driven by the practitioner's or clinic's legal and professional obligations.
If you request deletion, we will also coordinate with your practitioner or clinic where appropriate (see Your Rights below).

If you are a client of a practitioner or clinic using LongevityPRO, many aspects of your record are controlled by your practitioner/clinic. In such cases, we may direct you to contact your practitioner/clinic to exercise certain rights, and we will assist them as needed.

If you are located in the EEA/UK and believe your rights have been violated, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Our Services are intended for use by adults and authorized practitioners. Clients may be minors in some jurisdictions, but their accounts are typically managed by practitioners and/or their legal guardians.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children directly without appropriate consent consistent with applicable laws. If you believe we have collected personal information from a child in a way that is not permitted, please contact us at support@longevitypro.ai, and we will take appropriate steps.

LongevityPRO offers two types of subscriptions to access the full range of platform features:
What is the Client Subscription?
When a practitioner creates a diagnostic test order or quote for a client, an annual subscription fee of £60 is automatically added to the total price. This subscription unlocks the full LongevityME experience for one year, including access to test results, personalized plans, and health tracking.
Free Trial for Practitioners
Practitioners receive 3 complimentary client subscriptions when they start using the platform. This means the first 3 clients for whom a test order or quote is created will not be charged the subscription fee. After the trial quota is exhausted, subsequent orders and quotes will include the £60 annual subscription.

What is the Practitioner Subscription?
Practitioners must subscribe to the LongevityPRO practitioner platform to access all practitioner tools, including client management, diagnostic ordering, quote creation, plan generation, and billing features. The subscription costs £50 per month.
